Strengthening the connection between inside and out was key to this renovation. The additions to the house were designed to blend with the architectural style of the existing house, while also creating a modern home for a growing, young family.

On completion, a single-storey clinker brick home was renovated to become a luxurious double-storey home, in keeping with its existing architectural style.

This home was completely renovated and rebuilt for a semi-retired couple. A pavilion style layout was chosen to allow the house to be rebuilt in two stages.
